Yes, we have 24 cabins that sleep from 2 Guest up to 6 Guests, in total 90 Guest we can accommodate, with more neighbouring accommodation close by.

No, we do have the option to book a supplier meal at a reduced price.
Some clients prefer to serve all course, same as their other guests, because they work long hours on their wedding. However, some clients ask to serve only a main meal,
It’s up to you to decide what works for you.
We suggest that you ask your guests to inform you of any dietary requirements with their RSVP so that you are able to inform us in advance as it’s not always possible on the night to arrange a special dietary requirement meal.
Yes, our chef loves to create a unique menu to your needs. We have done platters to table (family style dining), street food set ups, spit braais, live food stations, elegant plated meals, buffets and much more.
Almost anywhere on our Venue. We have the most beautiful back drops at the venue and a sunset that everyone wishes they could see. There are also some stunning spots off the venue as well.
Yes we are child friendly there is a swimming pool near the venue so it is ultimately the reasonability of the parents and not Noupoort Mountain Estate staff.
Yes, we are pet-friendly of course it goes without saying like children they need to be looked after, also cleaned up after. No guest pets allowed.
Due to our liquor license only wine and sparkling wine/MCC are allowed to be brought on the premises at a corkage fee of R40 per bottle and an agreed amount of bottles. Other drinks are to be ordered at our bar. No car park drinking allowed.
Bottled craft beer is available by request.
We do have a draft machine and we are able to arrange 30L or 50L Kegs on request.
Yes, we can serve different types of gin with different tonics and infusions.
Pre-drinks must be arranged prior to your wedding.
Yes, we have fairy lights inside the venue along with other drop down lighting at no extra cost.
We can arrange the 2M x 1.2M Marquee Letters as shown in the Brochure, this can be arranged at an extra cost.

Yes, our friendly, trained, and experienced waiters and bartenders will assist on the day. The cost of this is all included in the Venue Fee
3pm to midnight or 4pm. to 1am. This gives you the nine hours within your venue price, allowing you to take those important sunset shots. Additional hours until 2am are offered for a modest fee.
Our indoor venue is non-smoking area. We offer designated areas for smoking
Yes, we do for the venue, it takes just a second to change it over.
We require the venue fee to secure your date.
